Friday, October 7, 2011 at 4:25PM Stan Jones retired P.E.B. passed away aged 92. Stan started on 4th September 1933 as a part time messenger (T29) he will be remembered by many in his days at Bishop Street H.O. and as the Buildings P.E.B. at the end of his long service. Mike Petty Ex T901
JONES Stanley (Ex GPO) Died on 26th September 2011 aged 92 at LRI. Much loved husband of Joan, dearly loved father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Funeral service at Clarendon Park Congregational Church, corner of springfield Road and London Road, on Friday 14th October at 11am followed by private cremation.
